Here are some of the most frequently asked questions from our customers:

 

1.      What is the minimum quantity for cake pops or cupcake orders:

 

The minimum is 24 for cupcakes and 24 for cake pops.

 

2.      How many flavors can I choose?

 

You can choose 1 cake flavor and 1 frosting combination for each dozen cupcakes and 2 dozen cake pops ordered.

 

3.      How far in advance do I need to place an order?

 

Generally, for standard cake pops or cupcakes, we need 1 day advance notice.  For custom orders, we require a minimum of 2 days advance notice.  For large orders (quantity of 100+), we would require a minimum of 3 days advance notice.  We do understand there are last minute orders and we will try our best to accommodate.

 

4.      Do you have a store front?

 

We currently do not have a store front…yet.

 

5.      How long are the cake pops good for?

 

The cake pop shelf life is about 7 days.

 

6.      How do I store the cake pops?

 

We recommend storing the cake pops in a cool environment.

 

7.      How are the cake pops packaged?

 

They come individually wrapped in a clear cellophane bag, tied with a twist tie.  Premium packaging is an additional fee.

 

8.      Is it possible to pick up my order instead of having it delivered or shipped?

 

You always have the option of choosing to pick up your order from our home based location.
